There's nothing wrong with striving for better, but it can also be incredibly comforting at times to stop all the striving and just breathe and focus on the fact that you are already whole and complete, just as you are.
While you may still want to work on improving yourself and your life circumstances, be sure that you are doing it for the right reasons: a sense of personal accomplishment, the thrill of the challenge, or a reminder that you are capable of more than you think. Those are all great reasons to achieve more.
But never do it because you think it will finally make you feel whole.
You are whole, complete and beautiful because of who you are, not what you do.
